Terms and Conditions

Welcome to myCDR.in! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Chaudhary Dargabhai Jesungbhai (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

  1. Description of Service
myCDR.in primarily provides services related to the preparation, review, and consultation of Competency Demonstration Reports (CDR) for professional assessments (likely targeting Engineers Australia or similar bodies).

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
a. Consultation Only: We provide consultation, review, and editing services. We do not guarantee the success or approval of your final CDR submission by any governing authority (e.g., Engineers Australia).
b. No Guarantee: The outcome of your application is solely dependent on the assessing authority, and we are not liable for any rejection.
c. Information Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of all data and information you provide to us for report preparation.

  1. Payments, Fees, and Refund Policy
    2.1 Fees and Payment
All fees for our services are listed on the website or provided via a separate quote. You agree to pay the fees applicable to your selected service package. All payments must be made in full before the delivery of the final service.

2.2 Refund Policy
We do not provide any kind of refund due to nature of business.

All fees are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced (i.e., once documentation is shared and consultation or writing has begun).

Any specific refund terms or guarantees will be outlined in a separate written agreement or service contract, which supersedes this general policy.

We are not liable to issue a refund in case of a negative outcome (rejection or request for further information) from the assessing authority.

  1. Client Responsibilities and Misconduct
    3.1 Provision of Information
You agree to provide all necessary personal, educational, and professional details, including reference materials and drafts, promptly to facilitate the service delivery. Delays caused by the client may affect service timelines.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from plagiarism, misrepresentation, or falsification of data provided by you.

3.3 Prohibited Use
You must not use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activities or to obtain content or reports based on false information.

  1. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
    4.1 Client Ownership
The final Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) prepared for you becomes your intellectual property upon final payment.
